Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Ingersoll Rand. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods.
- Conduct quality checks on deliveries and update the stock control system accordingly.
- Unpack and store delivered stock items in designated areas, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Report any discrepancies or variances in stock levels to the Warehouse Manager.
- Prepare and label stock items for despatch, adhering to company procedures.
- Assist with the handling and dispatch of all stock, including shrink wrapping and palletising goods.
- Administer all paperwork and delivery notes, ensuring compliance with defined procedures.
- Perform other duties as required, including some driving tasks.
Requirements
- Valid driving license.
- FLT License desirable.
