About the Role:- Lead a team of claims professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims handling, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless claims processing and effective risk management.
- Manage a portfolio of complex claims, ensuring timely and fair resolution, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Contribute to the development of global claims policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring consistency and best practices across the organization.
- Participate in the Quality Review Process, providing feedback and coaching to improve claims staff performance and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- ACII or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in claims management, with a strong understanding of insurance principles, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
