Senior Food Technologist Opportunity

Award-winning premium foods business seeks a talented Senior Food Technologist to join their team in London.

About the Role

As a Senior Food Technologist, you will report to the Technical Manager and support the delivery of safe and legal technical requirements.

You will work closely with the wider business, including NPD, procurement, commercial, supply chain, and operations teams, as well as suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Technical Manager with auditing, VACCP, risk assessments, and performance monitoring reviews
  • Conduct gap analysis visits and provide timely production of reports and data
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure compliance with UK food legislation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Technical role within food manufacturing
  • A degree in Food Science or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of the food industry and UK food legislation
  • HACCP level 3 or above
