Job Title: Cyber Systems Security Engineering Principal Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Systems Security Engineering Principal Consultant to join our team at Leonardo. As a key member of our Cyber Consulting practice, you will play a critical role in helping our customers deliver and secure their solutions and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relate with our customers and their problems to build intimacy and understand their needs.
  • Understand the problems and define potential solutions with limited information based on your experience and technical knowledge.
  • Assess risks attracted by digital systems and information assets through risk assessments and enabling governance structures.
  • Treat risks by defining appropriate and proportionate security solutions across people, process, and technology.
  • Assure our customers that security is where it needs to be by defining, implementing, and performing assessments of their environment.
  • Develop viable offerings as part of the Leonardo business winning process and help in the technical development of our products.

Requirements:

  • Degree in an Engineering related discipline with at least 5+ years of delivery experience.
  • At least 2 Recognised professional certifications in Cyber Security such as Sec+, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CASP, CEH.
  • Experience of directly managing project delivery and associated metrics such as time, cost, and quality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal, with internal and external customers.
  • Self-directed with the ability to lead/line manage a small team of cyber security consultants/engineers.
