Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Temporary EYFS Teaching Assistant at The Kingsley School. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful development of our youngest pupils.

Key Objectives
  • To work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality educational programs tailored to the needs of each pupil.
  • To contribute to creating a secure and stimulating learning environment that fosters intellectual curiosity, creativity, and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized support to students, focusing on their unique learning needs and abilities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and reporting significant developments or concerns to teaching staff.
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of educational materials, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Requirements

A relevant qualification and minimum two years of experience in a comparable role are essential. Additionally, you must demonstrate effective communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for helping young people reach their full potential.

Salary Information

The annual salary for this position is expected to range between £20,800 - £27,200, depending on qualifications and experience.
