Job Description
The Kingsley School requires a skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support our EYFS department. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the educational journey of our youngest pupils.

As a member of our team, you will:
• Collaborate with teachers to design engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
• Provide individualized support to pupils, focusing on areas such as literacy, numeracy, and social skills
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers through effective communication

Requirements
- Teaching or support qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Childcare, CACHE Diploma, etc.)
- Experience working with young children (preferably in an EYFS setting)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary: £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Term-time only contract with 21 hours per week, plus INSET days
