Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Disabilities Manager to join our team in West Bridgford, Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Lead and manage a team of support staff to deliver person-centered care and support">
  • Develop and implement care plans for each resident, in collaboration with their families and other healthcare professionals">
  • Manage the budget and resources of the residential home to ensure efficient and effective operations">
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation, including CQC standards">
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders">
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the quality of care and support provided">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Previous experience in a management position within a learning disabilities or autism setting">
  • Strong understanding of learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills">
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively">
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards">
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care ">
