**Job Overview:** Senior Support Worker
At Voyage Care, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and associated physical disabilities. Our residential service in Bestwood is a welcoming and friendly environment where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with complex needs
- A full UK manual driving license
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service
- To provide support and guidance to colleagues and individuals with learning disabilities
- To promote independence and self-advocacy among the individuals we support
