The NMC's Case Preparation and Presentation team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our team as a case preparation and presentation specialist.
About the Role:
The role involves preparing and presenting cases to the Fitness to Practise Committee, working closely with other teams to identify potential risks and opportunities, providing expert advice on complex legal issues and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Law or equivalent
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Experience of working in a regulatory environment
