The Job

We are seeking an experienced Fitness to Practise Case Manager to join our regulatory law team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in handling caseloads, supporting the wider team, and ensuring a smooth-running process.

Responsibilities

">
  • Liaise with complainants to ensure their enquiries can be opened as a Section 20 complaint, providing exceptional customer care throughout the process.
  • Draft case plans for new cases, utilizing your analytical skills to determine the best course of action.
  • Conduct investigatory and preparatory work for allocated cases, gathering evidence and taking witness statements as required.
  • Support FtP Investigators and Practise Committees with administrative duties, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

Essential Experience

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a regulatory setting.
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent customer/client care.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience dealing with Fitness to Practise cases.
