Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AML/KYC Compliance Officer to join our team at Crédit Agricole Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and validating high-risk KYC files, providing guidance on AML and sanctions-related matters, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough reviews of high-risk KYC files to ensure completeness and adherence to Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  2. Provide expert guidance to Bank staff on proposed transactions and activities, ensuring compliance with AML and sanctions regulations.
  3. Stay up-to-date with regulatory updates and changes, analyzing their impact on Bank policies and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with the Front Office and Support staff to provide AML-specific guidance on proposed customers and transactions.
  5. Contribute to the analysis of data for the Bank's BSA/AML and OFAC Risk Assessments.

Reporting and Management:

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Advisory – Financial Security.

Key Contacts:

The AML/KYC Compliance Officer will interact regularly with the Client On Boarding group, Front Office personnel, Head Office Compliance personnel, and IT support.

External Interactions:

The role may involve interactions with external auditors and regulators during exams.
