We're seeking a talented Senior Womenswear Designer to join our team at Never Fully Dressed. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for creating fashion-forward womenswear collections that resonate with our brand's ethos and customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct independent trend research and identify key directions for product development, sharing daily newness with the design team and building strong, cohesive ranges.
  • Collaborate closely with the Buying teams to ensure product development aligns with critical paths and meets financial targets.
  • Provide clear, concise design briefs and work with the technical team to advise factories on garment construction, design details, and artwork specifications.
  • Sourcing materials and products from the supply base, while building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  • React to sales data and market trends to design commercially relevant, fashion-forward ranges that meet market demands.
