Manufacturing Technician Lead

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Corriculo Ltd. As a key member of our Manufacturing Assembly, Integration and Testing team, you will be responsible for the development and production of high-quality aerospace components.
The ideal candidate will have strong engineering knowledge with experience in the assembly of precision components, as well as knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of MAIT, such as functional testing, electrical bonding/isolation, vibration, shock, TVAC, kinematic testing of deployable systems, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- To design and develop new processes and procedures for the assembly and integration of complex aerospace systems.
- To test future products, including functional testing, electrical testing, vibration, shock, TVAC, and RF testing.
- To develop and write processes and procedures and carry out the detailed inspection of machined parts.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the aerospace industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
