About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Nationwide Platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Heavy Equipment Mechanic or Power Access Specialist to take their career to the next level.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of powered access machines. With a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction, you will ensure that all equipment is in excellent working condition before being dispatched to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair powered access machines to manufacturer specifications
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure equipment meets quality standards
- Collaborate with the Location Service Manager to optimize workshop operations
- Familiarize customers with safe machine operation and provide exceptional customer service
- Complete all relevant paperwork, including engineer's reports and service sheets
