About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in business growth to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our clients' performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Maintain and improve existing analytical tools and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business growth
  • Strong technical skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, and project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
