We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Chadderton. As a key member of our national sales strategy, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service to our customers.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to our national customer base.
- Build relationships with regional customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Convert customer queries into sales opportunities.
The role will involve working closely with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in customer relationship management.
- Experience of telesales.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- The ability to manage sales revenue and assess data to identify trends and potential customer development opportunities.
Additionally, you will need to be motivated and ambitious, with a strong desire to 'Make things Happen' in a fast-paced environment.
