About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As an SME Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a business development or account management role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- CII qualified or equivalent is highly advantageous.
