About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SME Account Executive to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As an SME Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME clients, pursuing new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, conversion, and account management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a client-facing sales or account management role, preferably in the commercial insurance sector.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
