About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and talented engineering graduates to join our team at SSE Renewables. As a graduate on our programme, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from researching new markets and preparing bids, to design and delivery of projects, and working with asset management on the maintenance of existing assets.

Our graduates have the opportunity to work on large-scale projects, including Coire Glas, the UK's largest pumped storage facility in 40 years, and Dogger Bank, the world's largest offshore wind farm. You will also have the chance to collaborate with our international teams and work on developments across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and Japan.

What You'll Do
  • Work on a wide range of projects, from research and development to design and delivery
  • Collaborate with our international teams and work on developments across multiple regions
  • Gain a strong foundation of knowledge in your first six-month placement
  • Shape your own career goals and interests through our flexible placement pathway
What We're Looking For

We are looking for engineering graduates with a genuine passion and interest in renewable energy, innovation, and sustainability. You should have a minimum of a 2:2 in the desired degree disciplines and be comfortable working to and setting stretching individual targets. Our graduates are agile in their thinking and seek to address knowledge gaps.
