Occupational Health Specialist

Ramsay Health Care UK is seeking a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own work and diaries, undertaking a range of duties within their defined geographical region, and conducting pre-placement screening, health surveillance, case management, and post-exposure management of medical sharps injuries.
Responsibilities:
- Managing their own work and diaries.
- Undertaking a range of duties within their defined geographical region.
- Conducting pre-placement screening, health surveillance, case management, and post-exposure management of medical sharps injuries.
- Contributing to the development and review of occupational health policies, clinical audit of OH processes, and audit of management of health risks.
- Investigating work-related ill-health on site and supporting the Flu vaccination campaign.
The candidate will be home based and will be required to undertake regular travel to Ramsay facilities in Essex and Hertfordshire, as well as attend meetings in our central offices in Bedford and London. A full UK driving license is essential.
An offer of employment will be subject to the satisfactory receipt of an Enhanced Disclosure Certificate from the Criminal Records Bureau.
