Construction Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team at beBee Professionals in Corby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and budgets are met.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
- Monitor construction budgets and track expenses.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing.
- Review and update project costs as construction work progresses.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
