We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to work on site inspections and oversee repair and maintenance projects in Corby, with flexibility to work from home.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting buildings and sites, overseeing repair and maintenance projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop project plans and manage budgets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inspect buildings and sites to identify defects and areas for improvement
  • Oversee repair and maintenance projects to ensure they are completed safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans and manage budgets
  • Conduct site visits and monitor progress against project milestones

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience as a Building Surveyor or in a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of building construction and repair methods
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Details:

The hourly rate for this position is £35 per hour, reflecting the level of experience and expertise required.
