Lead Mechanical Design and Analysis Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mechanical Design and Analysis Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our design consultancy, you will be responsible for leading a technical team in the implementation and delivery of design support packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise a team of technical personnel in the definition, implementation, and delivery of design support packages.
  2. Design output/delivery meeting client specifications for successful manufacture, installations, and commissioning.
  3. Design of plant and equipment.
  4. Facilitate training and staff learning in developing team technical skills.

Requirements:

  1. Degree qualified – Mechanical engineering.
  2. Knowledge of design tools, techniques such as HAZOP's and calculation packages.
  3. IOSH Managing Safely Professional.
  4. Competent in the production of standard deliverables including basic design calculations.
  5. Awareness of CDM regulations.
  6. Incorporate engineer IENG or working towards.
  7. Experience of working within a regulated work environment and quality assured system.
