This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Apprentice Highways Project Manager, where you will play a key role in managing projects from start to completion. As an Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced project managers to develop your skills and knowledge in project management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage creative projects of medium to high complexity, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Implement project schedules, coordinate resources, and maintain accurate records of project status.
- Determine risk and contingency planning for projects, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, exceeding their expectations through exceptional project management.
- Manage budgets, review status reports, and provide updates to stakeholders as required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Excellent understanding of project management principles, including risk management and budgeting.
- Intermediate to advanced skill level with MS Office and experience with project management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
This position works in an office environment, with flexible hours and locations available. We offer a competitive salary range of $100k minimum - $110k maximum per annum, depending on location and job-related factors.
