Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Care UK. As a Registered General Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on clinical support to our nursing residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and medical needs are met.
  • Mentor and motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional care and promote a positive work environment.
  • Champion residents' safety and dignity, ensuring their rights are respected and their needs are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement, adhering to our clinical governance framework and promoting best practices.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring residents receive comprehensive and person-centered care.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a strong understanding of care planning processes, catheterization, wound care, venepuncture, and palliative care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines.
