About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced clinician to take on a leadership role within our Respiratory team. As Clinical Director, you will be responsible for driving innovation and change, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading clinical teams, with expertise in Respiratory medicine. You will be required to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement strategies that improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead the development and implementation of respiratory services that meet the needs of our patients
  • To work collaboratively with our clinical teams to drive innovation and improvement
  • To ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care, through effective communication and coordination
  • To contribute to the development of our organizational strategy, ensuring that it meets the needs of our patients and stakeholders
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Valid Full Registration with the General Medical Council
  • Membership of the Royal College of Physicians or equivalent
  • Entry on the General Medical Council (GMC) Specialist Register via one of the following: a) Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) (the proposed CCT date must be within 6 months of the interview) b) Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration (CESR) c) European Community Rights
Desirable Qualifications and Experience

We welcome applications from candidates with additional qualifications and experience, particularly those with teaching and research backgrounds.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging between £110,000 - £150,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
