Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our programme, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, empowering team members to take ownership and drive results.
