Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager

At Lloyds Banking Group, we're seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of technical components across multiple Labs and third-party partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the integration process and implementation events across shared infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of value to customers.
  • Work closely with stakeholders outside of the lab to ensure interlock and enable delivery at pace, including the consumption of infrastructure components provided by other platforms.
  • Identify blockers to delivery by proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnosing technical issues, raising them to product owners or lab leadership as needed.
  • Act as an interface between suppliers and key business stakeholders, supporting the management of delivery business-critical programs.
  • Run complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties to ensure safe delivery.
  • Provide expertise for governance activities related to the safe delivery of change to customers.
  • Enable the delivery of technology risk and control improvements.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working as a Technical Delivery Manager or Project Manager within IT, specifically software projects.
  • Planning, tracking, reporting, and governance activities experience, including regular status updates to key stakeholders and resolving high-priority issues affecting delivery.
  • Desirable delivery experience includes work within Digital Transformation, Software, API, or similar.
  • Technology Leadership experience, driving teamwork within agile teams and aligning technology elements across the product/development lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management experience.
