Nursery Management Position

Busy Bees Day Nursery in Cheltenham Prestbury Road is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Nursery Manager. This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our nursery, working closely with the Nursery Manager to achieve our goals.

About the Job Description

The successful candidate will have previous experience working as an Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager, and will hold at least a Level 3 Childcare qualification. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Nursery Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the nursery meets its targets.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve childcare practice and promote positive relationships between staff and children.
  • Ensuring all staff are trained and equipped to meet the needs of children with SEND/ASL needs.
