About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Research Engineer to join our team at Understanding Recruitment. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business success and contribute to meaningful social projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, production-ready AI systems that leverage machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.
  • Collaborate with top-tier academics to develop and implement state-of-the-art AI solutions that address real-world challenges.
  • Develop and optimize complex machine learning models that focus on behavioral prediction and analysis.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.


Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and C/C++ programming languages.
  • Demonstrated expertise in temporal modeling and deep learning techniques.
  • Proven track record of implementing machine learning models in production environments.
  • Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
