The Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional AI Research Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique blend of cutting-edge research and practical implementation, allowing you to push the boundaries of AI while seeing your work make a real-world impact.


Your Mission

  • Bring novel machine learning algorithms to life in production environments
  • Collaborate with top-tier academics to develop and implement state-of-the-art AI solutions
  • Spearhead the architecture design and implementation of our next-generation AI systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize complex machine learning models, with a focus on behavioural prediction and analysis
  • Design and implement scalable, production-ready AI systems
  • Contribute to research papers and patents in collaboration with academic partners
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions


Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and C/C++
  • Demonstrated expertise in temporal modelling and deep learning techniques
  • Proven track record of implementing machine learning models in production environments
  • Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines
  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience


Desirable Attributes

  • Publications in top-tier AI conferences or journals
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Knowledge of ethical AI principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
