We seek a Health and Safety Professional to join our team. This role involves overseeing the safe planning, delivery, and review of complex construction and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety policies and legislation.

You will work closely with our team to promote our SHE approach, implement risk-reducing measures, and conduct site reviews.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing CDM Regulations Compliance
  • Implementing policies to reduce risk and support a positive SHE culture
  • Promoting our SHE approach through site visits and meetings
  • Supporting the implementation of the ActivSHEQ database and other SHE standards
  • Conducting formal and informal site SHE reviews
  • Providing safety, health, and environmental guidance and training
  • Investigating and reporting SHE incidents, ensuring recommendations are implemented
  • Communicating effectively with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE)
