FitzRoy is seeking a skilled driver to join our Supported Living service in New Milton, New Forest. As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting our support workers and the individuals we support to appointments and activities in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transporting service users to their chosen activities, including day services, cinema, bowling, shopping, or appointments.
  • Driving a minibus with confidence and experience.
  • Having a full clean driving licence.
  • Providing support with personal care if required when out in the community.

Working Hours:

A mix of shifts between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday, with flexibility to start earlier or work later if necessary. Weekend shifts will be on a rota basis, with days off during the week.

Benefits:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.25 during the week and £12.37 on weekends.
  • Overtime pay of £2.50 per hour.
  • Time and a half or double time for public holidays.
  • 30 days' holiday when you start.
