Children's Needs Support Coordinator

iPeople Solutions is seeking a dedicated professional to support children with disabilities and their families in Dorset.

The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individual plans, and collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless support.

This role involves hybrid working, with some home-based tasks and site visits as required. You will cover a maternity leave position in North and West Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children with disabilities and their families through complex situations.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to enhance children's care and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective transitions into adulthood.
