We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our team at Madisons Recruitment. As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing landscape architecture projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage landscape architecture projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement landscape design concepts, taking into account client requirements, site constraints, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary design teams to ensure cohesive and effective project delivery.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to inform design decisions and ensure project compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UK.
- Chartered member status of the Landscape Institute (or near Chartered).
- Relevant degree in Landscape Architecture or other relevant postgraduate/master's degree.
- Strong technical, drafting, and graphic skills, with proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
