About the Role:

This Accounts and Finance role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join our client's growing team in the construction sector. As an Accounts and Finance Administrator, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Accounts & Finance department.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the overall running of the Accounts & Finance department, ensuring seamless operations.
  2. Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
  3. Reconcile supplier statements to creditors, posting and reconciliation of staff expenses, and generate supplier payments as required.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive best practices and process efficiencies.
  5. Promote and drive strong relationships with all departments.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  1. AAT qualified or equivalent.
  2. Experience in an accounts and finance function.
  3. Strong attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Evidence of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  7. Ability to learn in-house systems.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours and Salary:

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm with a 30-minute break. If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role with plenty of opportunities for growth, apply today
