Lead Design Engineer/Manager for Water and Wastewater Projects

About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced water engineer with a strong technical background and leadership skills to manage the delivery of water and wastewater engineering projects. You'll work closely with our clients, including major UK water companies, to develop innovative solutions that address today's challenges and anticipate tomorrow's needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multidisciplinary design teams on water and wastewater engineering projects
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting their growth and career advancement
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes
