Lead Design Engineer/Manager for Water and Wastewater Projects

About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Lead Design Engineer/Manager to manage the technical delivery of water and wastewater engineering projects. You'll work closely with top-tier civil, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to deliver captivating projects from concept to completion. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing innovative solutions that address today's challenges and anticipate tomorrow's needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multidisciplinary design teams on water and wastewater engineering projects
- Manage the technical delivery of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
- Develop and implement innovative solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Mentor and support the development of junior team members
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions

Requirements- Experience in managing the technical delivery of water and wastewater engineering projects
- Multi-disciplinary knowledge, including treatment schemes and/or pipeline design
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams
- Relevant experience in a similar role for a water company or consultancy
- Degree or equivalent in a related engineering subject (e.g. civil, electrical, mechanical)
