About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Electrician to join our Property Maintenance and Construction Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking electrical repairs and associated multiskilled repairs to both domestic and commercial properties to a high-quality standard.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a flexible approach and experience of working within a domestic and commercial property maintenance and target-driven environment. You will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to converse with a wide range of people in the delivery of a first-class repairs service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake electrical repairs and associated multiskilled repairs to domestic and commercial properties
  • Deliver a high-quality service to customers, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of services
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • NVQ/City & Guilds Certificate in Electrical Installation
  • 18th Edition, Testing & Inspection certification
  • Full driving license
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
