Job Advert: Multi Skilled Electrician
Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Electrician looking for a new challenge in the housing industry? Our client, a leading housing organisation, is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to join their team. This is a permanent position that requires you to have strong domestic and commercial property maintenance skills. If you are passionate about your work, customer service-oriented, and thrive in a target-driven environment, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities:
Carry out electrical repairs and associated multi-skilled repairs in domestic and commercial properties
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting the organisation's quality requirements
Conduct routine maintenance checks and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other members of the team to achieve targets and deadlines
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all timesSkills and Qualifications:
Must have a valid electrical qualification
Proven experience in domestic and commercial property maintenance
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and repairs
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Target-driven mentality with a focus on exceeding goals
