Veterinary Care Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Care Leader to join our vibrant team in Ashford, Kent. As part of our growing veterinary practice, you will provide exceptional care to animals while working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on various animals.
- Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
- Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
- Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.
Job Requirements:
- Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
