The Role

As a Panel Beater at Steer Automotive Group, you will play a crucial role in restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You will be responsible for repairing and replacing body components according to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's standards.

You will work collaboratively within a team to achieve site targets and maintain exceptional quality standards. Our ideal candidate will have experience as a panel beater or multiskilled technician from an accident repair background.

Strong technical skills and knowledge in panel beating techniques and equipment are essential. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restore damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition by repairing and replacing body components.
  • Assess the most effective methods for conducting repairs and utilise specialist body repair equipment to achieve the best results.
  • Adhere to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's repair standards.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to achieve site targets.
  • Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area, following health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
