Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team at Novotel London Tower Bridge. As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell and promote hotel facilities and services to guests.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage orders are accurate and delivered to the correct guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products and services.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
