Key Responsibilities:

  • To demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a high level of competency in a team environment, providing a superior service to internal and external customers, and ensuring a professional representation of the company, its services, and values at all times.
  • To manage existing and prospective customers to maximize product uptake and sales opportunities.
  • To obtain pricing and availability from suppliers for non-stock items as necessary.
  • To handle customer complaints, provide suitable solutions, and alternatives.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication skills.
