About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Our Care Assistants are responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients. This includes assisting with personal care, managing incontinence, administering medication, and supporting with daily tasks such as shopping and housework. You will also be responsible for following individual care plans and working closely with our care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

While previous social care experience is not necessary, you will need to be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our clients.
