Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at St. James's Court in Inverurie. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults to live independently and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with a wide range of needs to live as independently as possible in their own flats.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as medication administration, cooking, and home maintenance.
  • Provide social support and help individuals achieve their personal goals.
  • Manage the finances of the people we support.
