Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects within time and budget
  • Manage variation works and material call-offs
  • Oversee staff performance and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
  • Implement effective Health and Safety Management
  • Assist in achieving project targets
  • Maintain quality control checks
  • Address day-to-day problems and resolve issues

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Preferred experience working for Main Contractors
  • Essential experience on retail fit-out projects
  • CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness certifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Manager's position
