Relief Care Supervisor

We are seeking a professional Relief Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living communities. As a Relief Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our community, providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our residents.
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that promote community spirit and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care or support environment, with a strong understanding of Health and Social Care principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexibly, including day and night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
