Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle IAM Specialist to join our team at Tomgandhi Consulting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IAM Administration: Manage and maintain Oracle IAM components, including user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Access Control: Implement and enforce access control policies to ensure secure access to financial systems and data.
  • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure IAM processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • System Integration: Integrate IAM solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor IAM systems for security breaches and generate reports on access activities.
  • User Support: Provide support and training to users on IAM processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of access control models and security best practices.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in the financial sector.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards like NIST, GDPR, and SOX.
