We are seeking a Strategic Client Growth Specialist to join our team at Gartner. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with senior C-level clients across various business functions. Your goal will be to ensure that our clients receive maximum value from their Gartner subscription, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive client engagement and adoption of Gartner services and products
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement plans to achieve them
- Conduct regular reviews of client performance and key engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Communicate value and benefits of Gartner services to decision-makers and stakeholders

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles with a proven track record of success
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
